1. Purpose
The Advisor provides clinical feedback on EchoReview AI's echocardiogram triage output, report drafting, severity grading, and review workflow. The Advisor is not providing patient care and is not rendering a diagnostic interpretation for any identifiable patient.
2. Scope of review material
The Advisor will review only de-identified or synthetic demonstration studies supplied by EchoReview AI inside an isolated workspace. Studies contain no patient name, MRN, date of birth, institution, or other direct identifier. The Advisor will not upload identifiable patient data to the platform.
3. No clinical responsibility
Sign-offs recorded on demonstration studies are for evaluation and product-development purposes only. They do not constitute a medical record, are not used for patient management, and create no physician-patient relationship or clinical liability for the Advisor.
4. Confidentiality
The Advisor will keep non-public EchoReview AI materials — model behavior, roadmap, pricing, workspace contents — confidential, and will not redistribute study images or exports outside their own review.
5. Feedback and intellectual property
Feedback provided may be used by EchoReview AI to improve the product without obligation or compensation, unless a separate written compensation or advisory-equity arrangement is executed. Reviewed cases are not used to train models without separate written consent.
6. Independent status
The Advisor acts as an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of EchoReview AI, and may not bind EchoReview AI or represent it publicly without written approval.
7. Term and termination
Either party may end this arrangement at any time with written notice. Confidentiality obligations survive termination. Upon termination, workspace access is revoked and any exported study material is destroyed.
8. Regulatory status
EchoReview AI is investigational research software. It is not FDA-cleared and is not for diagnostic use. The Advisor acknowledges this and will not represent otherwise.
